Sunday Chicken



4-5 lbs. Chicken thighs
¼ cup Soy Sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup Italian Dressing

Remove skin and trick excess fat from chicken. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and Italian Dressing together. Place chicken and sauce in a shallow pot on a stovetop. Simmer 40-50 minutes, or until done. You may want to turn the chicken occasionally to make sure all pieces are coated with the sauce. Remove chicken. Thicken remaining sauce with 1-2 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with ¼ cup cold water.
