Chicken Cordon Bleu


Pound 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts to desired thickness.
Lay 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese on top of chicken, roll up and place in baking pan. (may need to pin close with toothpicks). Mix 1 can Cream of Chicken (or Mushroom) soup and ½ can of milk (or sour cream).
Pour over chicken and bake at 325 degrees for 1 – 1½ hours. This is very good topped with Stove Top Stuffing prepared without the water (bread crumbs, seasonings, and butter mixed together).
