One Dish Chicken Bake


1 6 oz. pkg. Stove Top (chicken)
1½ cup hot water
¼ cup butter
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken (mushroom) soup
½ cup sour cream (or milk)
Stir stuffing crumbs seasoning with water and butter until moistened, set aside.
Place chicken in 12x8 dish, mix soup and sour cream, pour over chicken and top with stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until chicken is cooked through. (May top chicken with Swiss cheese).
