1-2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into small
pieces.
Coat with flour (shake in a bag).
Season with salt, pepper, and Lawry’s salt
Brown in skillet with small amount of Canola oil. Add 1 can
Swanson’s Chicken Broth to browned chicken pieces.
Add ½ - 1 cup each broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, onion
Add ¼ - ½ cup cabbage cut in strips
Simmer until veggies are cooked to desired degree. Season to
taste.
