Clam Chowder


Clam Chowder

One or two potatoes peeled and diced
1 Tbs. dried onion flakes or may use fresh onion
½ cup celery if desired also could add shredded carrot
1 6½ oz. can minced clams
Open clams and pour juice over vegetables microwave cover with Saran Wrap 1-2 minutes until veggies tender
Add minced clams

Make 3-4 cups white sauce recipe tripled or quadrupled. Add salt, pepper and a little Italian Seasoning to taste (Start with ½ tsp. salt, ¼ tsp. pepper and ¼ tsp. Italian Seasoning) Stir into vegetables, clam mixture and heat through.
