4 boneless skinless chicken breasts dipped in flour and
seasoned with Salt, Pepper and Lawry’s Salt. Brown in a small amount of oil.
Sauce:
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce and 1 can water
1 can stewed tomatoes put in blender ‘til smooth
1 envelope Spaghetti Sauce Mix
(You can omit the stewed tomatoes and just follow the
directions on the back of the Spaghetti Sauce mix pkg. for the sauce.) Pour
sauce over chicken and simmer for about ½ hour.
I added some sliced
zucchini the last ten minutes and sprinkled shredded mozzarella cheese over the
whole dish at the end. Serve with spaghetti or fettuccini noodles.
