Grandma Dickey's Supreme Potatoes



 Ingredients:
10-12 medium potatoes, cooked, cooled, and grated
Mix:
½ cup butter or margarine
1 pint sour cream
2 cans cream o fchicken soup
1/3 cup green onions, chopped very fine
2 ½ cups grated cheese (medium sharp is best)

In a 9x13 pan, layer potatoes, then sauce mix, and potatoes then sauce mix.  Melt 2 tablespoons butter and mix with 1½ cups crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
