Ingredients:
3 lbs cooked and shredded potatoes
1 cup shredded cheese
2 cans cream of chicken
1/3 cup diced onion
8 oz sour cream
¼ cup butter
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
Optional:
diced ham or precooked bacon
crushed cornflakes to top
add a little milk to make soupy

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and put in a 9x13 pan.
Top with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
