Filling:
Fry ½ pound hamburger (can add ground sausage too) with diced onion
Shred 2 cups carrots
Shred ½ head cabbage
add 1 teaspoon ginger
Salt and Pepper to taste

Wrap in egg roll wraps. Use egg or milk to seal edges.
Fry in oil until golden brown.
