Peanut Butter Clusters

1/3 cup cream or milk
1/4 cup margarine
1cup sugar
Mix until soft ball stage and remove from heat
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup oats
1 teas vanilla
Spoon out onto wax paper lined cookie sheet
